If you are an Xbox Live Gold Member and enjoy trivia today is your lucky day. The Beta for 1 vs 100 will go live tonight at 10:30pm EST. The massively multiplayer game is the first of its kind. It will host live events and gives players chances to win real prizes. The game will be free during the Beta phase for all Xbox Live Gold Members.

Is it now working for anyone else?
If you didn’t get on in time it won’t let you play. I think they only have one room per session during the beta. If you aren’t the main contestant or didn’t make it on in time to be one of the 100, then you couldn’t play because the room is full. Not cool.
If you look on your Dashboard it does list the next few times they will be playing. I’m going to try and get into those as well.
I was in for the full two hours without any connection problems. There were more than 50,000 people playing. The host said he didn’t have stats for more than just 50,000, which probably meant it was capped there. I would recommend putting a reminder on the next game and getting on at least 5 minutes before hand. As soon as I saw the reminder, I clicked play 1 Vs 100 and that worked for me.
Awesome. Thanks for the follow up Jason. I made the mistake of not going in as soon as my reminder popped up and by the time I tried connecting it said the server was full.
