Ghostbusters demo slimes it’s way onto Xbox 360

I’ve got some news for you timid gamers out there who wanted to try the Ghostbusters game but didn’t want to fork over the $59.99 in case it sucked. The demo is now available on Xbox Live and will be available for you Playstation 3 owners in the near future.
The game has gotten some pretty solid reviews considering it’s a movie tie-in game. Especialy a game based on a movie that came out back in the 80’s.But it does have help from the original cast members and writers so that’s a major step in the right direction.
What did those of you who have played the game think? Was it Ghostbustin’ fun or should we not waste our time?

For those who don’t already know (I think there is still a couple fo you out there) the Xmen Origins: Wolverine demo is ready for your downloading pleasure on Xbox Live.

It’s a busy day for the kick ass clawed one. The movie, game and demo all come out today. Of course this was all a zany ns: coincidence. The movie studio and game publisher would never coordinate such an event to maximize their branding. That’s just crazy talk.

Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection demo

The demo for Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection is now available for download on Xbox Live. The demo is available in North America only.

Yes that includes you Mexico. Feel free to take off that surgical mask and take it easy for a little bit. This whole swine flu is just a fad anyway…

And here is a silly little fact: this game has an ESRB of Everyone 10+ animated blood, violence. So hang in there you nine year olds. This Sonic asction is too bad ass so you’ll just have to wait.

Final Fantasy XIII demo drama ensues

 Well after going back on forth on whether there will be a North American release of the Final Fantasy XIII demo it now looks like we will be getting our hands on one…maybe. The Japanese folks who bought Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete are getting the new Final Fantasy XIII trial bundled with it. And after a recent interview the people at Square Enix are hinting that the western world may be getting the same. 

Personally I think Japan still holds a grudge from WWII. We are sorry about the bombs…now be nice and give us your games.
