The game looks as amazing as the original if not more. The texture shading, shadow and reflection effects look outstanding. And Nathan Drake’s interaction with his surrounding environment is great as well. The way he climbs objects and scales walls look more natural and less pre-programmed. Very fluid overall.

There are a few instances in the video where you can still see that the camera angle does get a little awkward, but it still looks like an improvement over the original Uncharted title. And the gun play looks improved as well. Aiming seems less painstaking and more natural this time around.

The Paystation Blog has revealed that will in fact have both competitive and co-op multiplayer modes. 

was some how able to keep the multiplayer mode under wraps for a year and a half, until the revealed their secret last week to various media outlets. There will be three different modes to choose from.

Deathmatch: Just your run of the mill deathmatch. Five on five action.

Plunder: Uncharted’s take on Capture the Flag. Your objective is to find the other team’s treasure and return it to your base.

Co-op: You can play cooperatively with up to to other players. Making it a three player team  for you math whizzes out there.

Stating that their most important deadline is “right around the corner” and that “the demo’s getting closer”. 

Too bad he got too far ahead of himself. In some text book back tracking after the news caused a stir Wells said “Clarifying a previous post… we’re working on stabilizing a *build* for an upcoming “demo”nstration of . NOT a PSN demo! Sorry!”

What a douche bag. These developers pull this crap all the time. They get out some hyped misinformation to make their upcoming release  relevant, wait a day and then say you were taken out of context and none of it was true. Worry about making sure you game isn’t a total mess and leave the PR to the people who do it for a living.
